Spacious rooms with full kitchens made our stay comfortable. The parking situation was tricky, especially for larger vehicles. Friendly staff were helpful throughout our visit.

Spacious rooms with kitchen facilities are a plus. Parking was a hassle, and valet took way too long. Breakfast options were decent and very helpful staff at check-in.

I loved the vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff who made me feel right at home! The room was spacious with separate bedrooms, perfect for our group, and the location was just a short walk to all the fun. Plus, the live entertainment and sun terrace were the cherry on top of our unforgettable stay!
Can just recommend 😊❤️

The staff is friendly and the two bathrooms are a lifesaver. It's super close to public transport, and you can hop on a tram right outside the hotel.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making our Valentine’s stay memorable. We loved the spacious room with a beautiful view and the in-room dining was excellent, perfect for a romantic evening.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but the value we got was worth it.

The hotel is just a stone's throw away from must-see spots like the French Quarter, the National WWII Museum, and Jackson Square, making it super easy to explore the city's history and culture on foot, plus with a very comfy room that had a relaxing living area and a delicious breakfast to start the day right. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations, like a visit to Cafe du Monde for some iconic beignets, but the noise from nearby bars could be a little disruptive at times.

Perfectly located, just a few minutes from Bourbon Street, the suite was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen for light cooking. The breakfast spread was generous, though occasionally ran low on coffee. Valet services were frustrating—waiting over 40 minutes for the car was stressful, especially when we had reservations. The staff, especially Brandon, were genuinely helpful, making check-in smooth despite some hiccups I faced with credit card issues. The keycard security gave peace of mind, but watch out for the sneaky valet parking fees. Would love to return for the vibes and friendly atmosphere!

My experience at Sonesta ES Suites was pleasant, thanks to the accommodating staff and the cozy bed. The spacious room was clean and provided a nice retreat after exploring the vibrant area nearby. The complimentary gym access was a bonus, though breakfast options could be improved.

The room was spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing during the stay. The small kitchen area added convenience, though the fridge wasn't connected for easy ice access. Temperature control was an issue; the heating didn't work properly, leaving us chilly all night. Noise wasn't a problem, allowing for decent rest. The beds were comfortable, but managing the morning alarms from the cleaning crew was disruptive. There was great Wi-Fi, which worked well for those needing to catch up on work. Breakfast options were good but ended too early for vacation vibes.

The hospitality was commendable. The front desk staff, particularly Chantel, accommodated our special requests effortlessly. Issues with room keys were addressed immediately—Johnathan even walked us to our room, showcasing exceptional service. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, but some minor details fell short: a queen bed instead of a king, and inadequate linen. Breakfast was sufficient but lacked variety—hot water for tea shouldn't be an afterthought. Despite a few hiccups—like inconsistent cleanliness and thin walls—the location is strategic, with easy access to transport and attractions. I would return, yet I hope details like these receive more attention.

The room felt cramped, especially the tiny bathroom where the shower splashed water everywhere. Plus, everything—like the dirty carpet and lack of clean towels—made me feel uncomfortable the whole time.

The room was big and cozy, with a comfy king bed and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The central location made it easy to visit Bourbon Street and take the streetcar to the city's attractions.
The check-in experience was a nightmare. Despite warning the hotel about my late arrival, my room was given away.

The location was fantastic - close to Canal St and Bourbon, with convenient transportation options nearby. The room was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen for added convenience. The staff was friendly and helpful, quickly resolving any issues we had during our stay.
The breakfast options were mediocre and ran out quickly, and the bathroom had moisture problems causing a damp smell in the room. The HVAC and fridge were noisy, requiring us to turn them off at night to sleep comfortably.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center with easy access to public transportation. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Unfortunately, our room had a few issues that made our stay less than ideal. The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked, and the bathtub drain was not working properly, causing water to accumulate while showering. The complimentary breakfast, while included, had very limited options and ran out of food early. the two, bedroom unit we stayed in was spacious and convenient, with a great location within walking distance of many attractions. The room was well, equipped for a comfortable stay, and the staff was always polite and accommodating. there were some cleanliness issues in the hotel, with dirty hallways and stained bed sheets in our room. The lack of daily room cleaning was also disappointing, and the pull, out couch bed was extremely uncomfortable. our experience at Sonesta Es Suites had its ups and downs. While the staff and location were excellent, the room maintenance and cleanliness left something to be desired.

clean property - quick 10-15 minute walk to french quarter and riverwalk - helpful staff with local insights - great location right in front of major bus and tram stop - rotating protein breakfast option every morning.
Couldn't recommend more.

Great location with easy access to public transportation and a quick walk to the French Quarter. The suite-style room was convenient, well stocked, and comfortable. I'll recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed a short walk to the French Quarter, fully equipped kitchens let me dine in privacy. Planning an extended stay, I found the studio comfortable with amenities, even though some breakfast items were less than thrilling.

our girls trip was perfect at Sonesta Es Suites. it's a "no frills" hotel, but has everything you need. the 2-bedroom suite was spacious and clean, with comfy beds and a stocked kitchen. the location was great, close to the central business district and the french quarter, with easy access to public transportation. overall, a great value for a trip to the city.
Nothing all good 🙂
